Booking and Payments:

Prices are available on the website or directly from Theresa Moodie. Prices are determined by Theresa Moodie.

All payments are non refundable. All sessions must be used within one month of purchase. If sessions are not used within the month due to inactivity, sessions will not be refunded and deemed void.

Payments can be made via PayFast or EFT.

Refunds are not available for any purchase for any reason.

Notification of cancelled appointments must be made in excess of 24 hours in advance of the session start time. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the session and/or the loss of that session. (Early morning clients – this applies to the night before).

Emergency cancellations will be treated at the discretion of Theresa Moodie.

The session will be deemed to have started at the pre-arranged session time. Any lost time due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session.

Personal training sessions, private yoga sessions, mini group and group classes must be paid in full prior to scheduling your first session with Theresa Moodie.

In the case of Theresa Moodie falling ill or being unable to coach or instruct a session, the session will be cancelled and re-arranged.

Your Health and Fitness:

Clients must notify Theresa Moodie of any circumstances or pre-existing health challenges affecting their participation.

Clients are advised to first seek medical advice before beginning any new fitness program. Theresa Moodie reserves the right to refuse training to any client if she considers that the health of the individual may be endangered at any stage.

Members with low or high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend classes until they have written permission from their doctor. If there is any doubt the client should consult his/her doctor.

Participants may be required to have medical clearance if deemed necessary by the PAR-Q and health history information.
