This rustic, family operated farm, less than three hours from Cape Town offers panoramic views, fresh countryside air, a variety of accommodation options and many an ideal spot for Yoga practice.
Honeywood Farm has been in the Moodie family since 1817. It borders the wild and magnificent Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve up against the Langeberg Mountains. A nature lover’s paradise! With so many activities such as hiking, mountain biking, birding, horse riding, and swimming in rivers and pools all in a peaceful and secure environment.
If you have experienced Honeywood Farm you will understand why it is the most ideal Yoga retreat venue.
Included : Shared accommodation at Oakvale Cottage (Private cottages available on request and may incur an additional charge), Yoga classes, meals & workshops
Excluded : Transportation to Honeywood Farm and extras such as entrance fee to neighbouring Nature Reserve.
50% deposit required to secure your spot. Balance of payment due by the 15th August. Payments are non refundable 30 days prior to the event.

Friday :
Check in from 230pm
430pm – Opening ceremony & Yin Yoga class (Auricular acupuncture available during this session)
7pm – Dinner served
Saturday :
7am – Herbal teas available before class
730am – Hatha class
9am – Breakfast served
11am – Getting to know your Chakras – a workshop introducing how your general wellbeing can be explored through working with the Chakra system
1pm – Lunch served
Downtime during the afternoon to explore walking trails, take a swim or simply read a book and take a nap.
5pm – Dance Awake Movement Immersion class with Rose Hay
7pm – Dinner served
Sunday :
700am – Herbal teas served before class
730am Nurturing flow class
9am – Breakfast served
1030am – Leave for walk to the Redwoods and walk to swim in the rock pools
1pm – Lunch served
3pm – Yoga nidra
4pm – Guided walking meditation with Rose Hay
7pm – Dinner served
Monday :
7am – Herbal teas served before class
730am Closing ceremony & Vinyasa class
9am Breakfast served
