Understanding Anxiety through the lense of East Asian Medicine. 

You will discover East Asian wisdom that for centuries has supported a balanced and better regulated nervous system. Learn simple supportive tools that you can integrate into your existing day to day routines, Yoga sequences and your students Savasana.

This workshop is beginner friendly, no prior knowledge of East Asian medicine is required although might be useful.

The workshop will introduce theoretical and practical components. Understand the Yin Yang system of balance, recognise how different imbalances present with symptoms of anxiety. Learn self acupressure points that help to calm the Shen and add an additional layer to your teaching tool kit.

Online makes the session accessible to people countrywide, it also allows you access to the recording to revisit in your own time.
