Continued Learning 50hr Yin Yoga

50-Hour Advanced Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Format: Hybrid (8 week program weekly online session + In person weekend immersion)
Audience: Certified/practicing Yin Yoga teachers with foundational Yin training
Focus: Meridian theory, Zang-Fu physiology, Six Divisions, palpation, antique points, therapeutic sequencing, and embodied teaching methodology.

Prerequisite:

  • Existing 50hr or 100hr Yin certification OR equivalent teaching experience
