100hr advanced Yin TTC training – Duration 3 months
A 100hr advanced Yin Yoga teacher training is an opportunity to deepen your practice, refine your teaching skills and expand your understanding of the ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through the study of the functional elements, understanding the Zangfu organs, the six stages and the extraordinary channels you will learn to guide students into stillness with greater confidence, clarity and intention.
This training will strengthen your ability to hold space, sequence more intelligently, and access the wisdom of integrating TCM with Yin Yoga.
Whether you are a Yin yoga teacher looking to elevate your offerings or a Yoga therapist wanting an additional multi disciplinary approach, this advanced Yin TTC enriches both your inner landscape and your capacity to support others on theirs.
You are able to pick and choose from the different sections if you would prefer to work on a modular structure, however you will not receive any certification and/or accreditation unless completing the full 100hrs. To join the practical weekend session there are minimum requirements and compulsory sections to have completed.
Classes are online every Tuesday evening from 530pm – 8pm via Zoom online and every second Saturday from 1030am – 1pm. Starting from Tuesday 17th February. For a full timetable please comment below or contact me directly.
