You’ll unwind in a quiet shared space of my Yoga studio while gentle acupuncture points help reset the nervous system\, relieve pain\, and support overall wellness. \nSessions take place every second Saturday. \nWhat to expect: \n• Short intake \n• Fully clothed treatment while in your Savasana pose (lying on your back\, supported by props and cushions) \n• 30–45 minutes of quiet relaxation \n• Ideal for stress\, pain\, sleep\, and general wellbeing \nA beautiful way to receive consistent care – whether you’re new to acupuncture or maintaining regular wellness treatments. \nPlease note that these treatments do not allow for a full\, individual diagnostic assessment.
