There it is. My lean and mean mission statement. My passion is to find a balance between living a full productive, healthy life as a woman, as a wife and as a friend. It is my mission to help you do the same. Why the website? Why all the Social Media hype? Simple. Hours in day versus that big bold mission statement above. To achieve this end, I need to expand my resources and reach so that women (and men) everywhere can tap into my resources and gain insights 24/7.  From advice on nutrition and exercise to recipes and the latest insights from the great scientific minds of the world, I’m hoping you’ll enjoy the website and refer to it often.
